기상관측표준화법 시행령 제11조(실무위원회의 구성 및 운영)

①법 제21조제5항에 따른 실무위원회는 위원장 1인을 포함한 40인 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

②실무위원회의 위원장은 법 제21조제3항에 따른 위원회의 간사위원으로 하고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 자로 한다.

③제2항제2호에 따라 위촉된 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다.

④실무위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 간사위원 1명을 두되, 간사위원은 기상청에 근무하는 공무원 중에서 실무위원회의 위원장이 지명한다. <개정 2017.11.14>

⑤제9조는 실무위원회의 운영에 관하여 이를 준용한다. 이 경우 "위원회"는 "실무위원회"로 본다. <개정 2017.11.14>
