기계설비법 시행규칙 제5조(착공 전 확인 등)

① 영 제12조제1항에 따른 기계설비공사 착공 전 확인신청서는 별지 제4호서식에 따르며, 신청인은 이를 제출할 때에는 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부해야 한다. <개정 2022.2.25>

③ 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(구청장은 자치구의 구청장을 말하며, 이하 "시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장"이라 한다)은 영 제12조제4항에 따라 기계설비공사 착공 전 확인 결과의 내용을 기록하고 관리하는 경우에는 별지 제6호서식의 기계설비공사 착공 전 확인업무 관리대장에 일련번호 순으로 기록해야 한다.
