Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of Disasters on Steep Slopes, Article 15 (Public Notice of Registration of Monitoring Business, etc.)
시ㆍ도지사는 다음 각 호의 경우 그 사실을 지체 없이 공보에 공고해야 한다.
The Mayor/Do Governor shall publicly announce the following in the official gazette without delay:
1. 법 제22조제1항에 따른 계측업의 등록 및 변경등록
1. Registration and registration of change of monitoring business under Article 22 (1) of the Act;
2. 법 제24조제1항 및 제3항에 따른 계측업자의 지위승계 신고
2. Reports of succession to the status of a monitoring business operator under Article 24 (1) and (3) of the Act;
3. 법 제25조제1항에 따른 계측업의 등록취소 또는 영업정지 명령
3. Orders of revocation of registration or suspension of business of monitoring business under Article 25 (1) of the Act;
4. 법 제27조제1항에 따른 성능검사대행자의 등록 및 변경등록
4. Registration and registration of change of performance testing agents under Article 27 (1) of the Act;
5. 법 제27조제3항에 따른 성능검사대행자의 지위승계 신고
5. Reports of succession to the status of a performance testing agent under Article 27 (3) of the Act;
6. 법 제29조제1항에 따른 성능검사대행자의 등록취소 또는 영업정지 명령
6. Orders of revocation of registration or suspension of business of performance testing agents under Article 29 (1) of the Act.
