급경사지 재해예방에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조의8(고유식별정보의 처리)

행정안전부장관(법 제30조제2항에 따라 지정ㆍ고시된 전문기관 또는 단체의 장을 포함한다), 시ㆍ도지사(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)는 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.6.20, 2017.7.26>
