Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of Disasters on Steep Slopes, Article 13 (Succession to Status of Monitoring Business Operator)

① 법 제24조제1항에 따라 다른 계측업자의 사업을 양수하거나 다른 계측업자인 법인을 합병하려는 계측업자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 신고서에 인력 및 보유장비 등이 계측업 등록기준을 충족함을 증명할 수 있는 서류와 계측업 등록증 및 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 시ㆍ도지사에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
