Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of Disasters on Steep Slopes, Article 11 (Submission of Soil Investigation Data, etc.)

① 법 제20조제3항에 따라 사업시행자가 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 토질조사 등의 자료를 제출하여야 하는 공사는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 공사로서 토질조사 등의 시험을 수반하는 공사를 말한다. <개정 2017.6.20, 2020.9.8>

② 제1항에 해당하는 공사의 사업시행자는 토질조사 등의 자료를 준공일부터 30일 이내에 관계 행정기관에 제출하여야 하고, 이를 제출받은 관계 행정기관의 장은 지체 없이 토질조사 등의 자료를 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2017.6.20>
