금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제2조(위원추천사무)

①금융위원회의 위원장(이하 이 조에서 "위원장"이라 한다)은 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제4조제1항제6호에 따른 금융위원회 위원의 임기가 만료되는 때에는 그 임기가 만료되기 30일전까지 당해 위원의 추천기관에 대하여 위원후보자의 추천을 요청하여야 한다. <개정 2000.5.29, 2007.5.16, 2008.2.29>

②위원장은 제1항의 규정에 의한 위원중 궐원이 생긴 경우에는 지체없이 당해 위원의 추천기관에 대하여 위원후보자의 추천을 요청하여야 한다. <개정 2000.5.29>
