금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(동일 금융회사등의 내부 또는 금융회사등 상호간의 거래정보등의 제공)

①법 제4조제1항제5호에 따라 동일한 금융회사등의 내부에서 업무상 필요한 거래정보등을 제공하는 경우는 해당 금융회사등의 본점ㆍ지점ㆍ영업소 및 해당 금융회사등의 위탁을 받거나 그 밖의 계약에 의하여 그 금융회사등의 업무의 일부를 처리하는 자간에 업무상 필요한 거래정보등을 제공하는 경우로 한다. <개정 2014.11.28>
