Enforcement Decree of the Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Confidentiality, Article 11 (Request for Statistical Data)

금융위원회는 금융회사등을 법령에 의하여 감독ㆍ검사하는 다음 각 호의 금융회사등 감독ㆍ검사기관의 장에게 금융회사등의 업종별로 요구받은 거래정보등의 요구ㆍ제공 건수 및 통보ㆍ통보유예 건수, 요구기관별 거래정보등의 요구ㆍ제공 건수 및 통보ㆍ통보유예 건수에 관한 통계자료를 매분기 종료후 2개월 이내에 제출하도록 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 금융회사등 감독ㆍ검사기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 이에 협조하여야 한다. <개정 2005.8.17, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.28, 2017.7.26>
