금융산업의 구조개선에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조의26(금융기능제고계획 이행 상황의 통보)

법 제23조의6에 따라 자금지원을 받은 금융기관(이하 "피지원기관"이라 한다)이 법 제23조의9에 따라 금융기능제고계획의 이행 상황을 통보할 때에는 매 분기 말일 현재 법 제23조의7제1항제2호 각 목에 따른 방안의 이행 지표나 그 밖에 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 사항을 적은 서류를 작성하여 매 분기 말일이 지난 후 1개월 이내에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 금융위원회는 부득이한 사유가 있다고 인정하면 서류의 제출기한을 연장할 수 있다.
