Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Structural Improvement of the Financial Industry, Article 5-12 (Method of Borrowing)

「한국산업은행법」에 따른 한국산업은행(이하 "한국산업은행"이라 한다)이 법 제23조의2에 따른 금융안정기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)의 부담으로 법 제23조의4제1항에 따라 자금을 차입하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 서류를 작성하여 금융위원회의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2014.12.30>
