근로자퇴직급여 보장법 제23조의16(지도ㆍ감독 등)

고용노동부장관은 중소기업퇴직연금기금제도의 원활한 운영을 위하여 공단이 다음 각 호의 사항을 보고하게 하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 그 장부ㆍ서류 또는 그 밖의 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있으며, 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 운영 등에 시정을 명할 수 있다.
