근로감독관규정 제5조(사법경찰리 지명의 추천 등)

① 지방고용노동관서의 장은 8급 또는 9급 공무원 중 근무성적이 우수한 사람을 근로개선지도 및 산업안전보건에 관한 업무를 담당하는 부서에 배치하고, 「사법경찰관리의 직무를 수행할 자와 그 직무범위에 관한 법률」 제6조의2제2항에 따라 그 근무지를 관할하는 지방공소청장에게 해당 공무원을 추천하여 사법경찰리의 직무를 수행할 사람으로 지명받은 후 근로감독관의 수사 업무를 보조하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2026.9.29>

② 지방고용노동관서의 장은 제1항에 따라 지명을 받은 사람이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 지체 없이 지명서를 회수하여 그 근무지를 관할하는 지방공소청장에게 반납하여야 한다. <개정 2026.9.29>
