규제자유특구 및 지역특화발전특구에 관한 규제특례법 제37조(「산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률」에 관한 특례)

① 특화특구관할지방자치단체의 장은 「산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에도 불구하고 특화사업에 필요하면 산림소유자의 동의를 받아 임도(林道)를 설치할 수 있다. 다만, 같은 법 제9조제2항에 따른 산림관리기반시설의 타당성 평가는 산림청장이 제11조에 따른 협의를 할 때에 한다.
