규제자유특구 및 지역특화발전특구에 관한 규제특례법 제128조(「자연공원법」에 관한 특례)

공원관리청은 규제자유특구 내 혁신사업 또는 전략산업과 관련하여 「재생에너지 개발ㆍ이용ㆍ보급 촉진법」 제2조2호가목 또는 나목에 따른 태양에너지 또는 풍력에 관련된 시설을 설치하려는 자가 「자연공원법」 제23조제1항에 따른 설치허가를 신청하는 경우 신청일부터 90일 이내에 설치허가 여부를 신청인에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2026.3.17>
