궤도운송법 제8조(준공검사)

① 궤도사업자 또는 전용궤도운영자는 궤도시설의 공사를 마치면 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 특별시장ㆍ광역시장이 실시하는 준공검사를 받아야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 특별시장ㆍ광역시장은 제1항에 따른 준공검사를 제20조에 따른 안전검사전문기관에 의뢰할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 준공검사의 시행에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
