궤도운송법 제15조(궤도시설의 건설ㆍ설비기준)

①궤도시설을 건설하려는 자는 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시하는 궤도시설의 건설에 관한 설비기준(이하 "건설ㆍ설비기준"이라 한다)에 따라 궤도시설을 건설하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.3.22>

② 국토교통부장관은 건설ㆍ설비기준을 정하는 경우에는 관계 전문가 등의 의견을 들어야 한다. <신설 2016.3.22>
