군인연금법 제47조(군인연금기금의 설치 및 조성)

① 이 법에 따른 군인연금제도의 운영에 필요한 재원(財源)에 충당하기 위하여 군인연금기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)을 설치한다.

② 기금은 이 법에 따른 기여금ㆍ부담금ㆍ보전금ㆍ책임준비금, 기금운용수익금, 다른 기금 또는 회계로부터의 차입금ㆍ전입금과 그 밖의 수입으로 조성한다.
