군인연금법 제34조(퇴역유족연금일시금)

① 퇴역연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 군 복무 중 사망한 경우 유족이 원할 때에는 그 유족에게 퇴역유족연금과 퇴역유족연금부가금을 갈음하여 퇴역유족연금일시금을 지급한다.

② 퇴역유족연금일시금의 금액에 관하여는 제21조제3항을 준용한다.
