군인연금법 제33조(퇴역유족연금부가금)

① 군인이 20년 이상 복무 중 사망한 경우에는 그 유족에게 퇴역유족연금(「군인 재해보상법」 제35조에 따라 순직유족연금을 받는 경우를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 외에 퇴역유족연금부가금을 추가로 지급한다.

② 퇴역유족연금부가금의 금액은 제21조제3항에 따라 계산한 금액의 25퍼센트로 한다. 이 경우 그 복무연수는 33년을 초과하지 못한다.

(2) The^ð디 amount어마운트 of어^v브 the^ð더 retirement^r리타이어먼트 survivors'서^v바이^v버즈 pension펜션 supplement서플러먼트 shall섈 be비 25 percent퍼센트 of어^v브 the^ð디 amount어마운트 calculated캘큘레이티드 under언더 Article아터클 21 (3). In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð더 years이어즈 of어^v브 service서^v비스 shall섈 not낫 exceed익시드 33 years.이어즈

③ 퇴역유족연금부가금의 지급에 관하여는 제31조 및 제32조를 준용한다.
