군인연금법 제15조(연금 지급의 특례)

① 연금인 급여를 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 외국으로 이주하게 된 경우에는 본인이 원하는 바에 따라 연금인 급여를 갈음하여 출국하는 달의 다음 달을 기준으로 한 4년분의 연금에 상당하는 금액을 지급받을 수 있다.
