군인사법 시행령 제60조의6(국방자격의 취득 요건)

법 제46조의4제4항에서 "교육 수료 후 대통령령으로 정하는 국가자격의 취득 요건을 갖춘 사람"이란 국방자격별로 국방부령으로 정하는 교육과정 및 근무경력 등의 응시자격을 갖춘 사람으로서 제60조의7에 따른 국방자격 검정(檢定)에 합격한 사람을 말한다.
