Enforcement Decree of the Military Personnel Act, Article 54-5 (Family Care Leave)

법 제48조제3항제5호 단서에서 "본인 외에 돌볼 사람이 없는 등 대통령령으로 정하는 요건을 갖춘 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다.
