군인사법 시행령 제37조의2(임명장 수여)

① 진급권자는 영관급 이상으로 진급하는 장교에게 임명장을 수여한다. 이 경우 국방부장관이 대리 수여할 수 있다.

② 임명장에는 진급권자의 직인을 날인한다. 이 경우 대통령이 진급권을 행사하는 장교의 임명장에는 국새(國璽)를 함께 날인한다.

(2) The^ð더 seal실 of어^v브 the^ð더 person퍼슨 with위^ð드 promotion프^r러모우션 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 shall섈 be비 affixed어^f픽스트 to투 the^ð더 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 appointment.어포인트먼트 In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð더 State스테잇 seal실 shall섈 also올소 be비 affixed어^f픽스트 to투 the^ð더 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 appointment어포인트먼트 of어^v브 an앤 officer오^f퍼서 for^f포 whom훔 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 exercises엑서사이지즈 promotion프^r러모우션 authority.어^θ쏘^r러티

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 법 제25조제4항 전단에 따라 대통령이 국방부장관에게 진급권을 위임한 영관급 장교의 임명장에는 진급권자의 직인을 갈음하여 대통령의 직인과 국새를 날인한다.
