군인사법 시행령 제29조(소집)

참모총장(해병대의 경우에는 해병대사령관을 말한다)은 해당 진급연도의 전년도에 선발위원회를 소집한다. 다만, 특별한 사유가 있을 때에는 선발위원회를 해당 진급연도에 임시로 소집할 수 있다. <개정 2026.8.3>
