군인사법 시행령 제13조의2(추천심의위원회)

① 법 제20조제1항에 따른 추천심의위원회(이하 "추천심의위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 3명 이상 7명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 추천심의위원회의 위원은 추천 대상자보다 상급자이거나 선임(先任)인 장성급 장교 중에서 참모총장이 임명하며, 위원장은 위원 중 가장 선임인 사람으로 한다. <개정 2017.9.5>

(2) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Chief치^f프 of어^v브 Staff스태^f프 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 general-grade제너^r럴-그^r레이드 officers오^f퍼서즈 who후 are아 superiors수피^r리어즈 or오 seniors시니어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 person퍼슨 to투 be비 recommended,^r레커멘디드 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 most모우스트 senior시니어 among어멍 the^ð더 members.멤버즈

③ 추천심의위원회의 회의는 위원 전원의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결하며, 위원장은 표결권을 가진다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 all올 members멤버즈 and앤드 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present,프^r레전트 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 have해^v브 the^ð더 right^r라잇 to투 vote.^v보우트

④ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 추천심의위원회 운영에 필요한 사항은 참모총장이 정한다.
