Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences in the Military and the Treatment of Military Inmates, Article 91 (Education, Rehabilitation and Work)

① 법 제75조제1항에 따른 군미결수용자에 대한 교육ㆍ교화 프로그램이나 작업은 군교정시설 밖에서 실시하거나 부과하지 아니한다.
