Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences in the Military and the Treatment of Military Inmates, Article 58 (Notification of Grounds for Suspending Visits)
군교도관이 법 제43조에 따라 군수용자의 접견을 중지하였을 때에는 그 사유를 즉시 알려주어야 한다.
When a military correctional officer has suspended a visit by a military inmate under Article 43 of the Act, the officer shall immediately inform the inmate of the reasons.
