Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences in the Military and the Treatment of Military Inmates, Article 39 (Record of Discarded Articles)
군수용자의 물품을 폐기하였을 때에는 그 품목, 수량, 이유 및 일시를 관계 장부에 기록하여야 한다.
When a military inmate's articles have been discarded, the item, quantity, reason and date and time shall be entered in the relevant books.
