군에서의 형의 집행 및 군수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제25조(의류 등의 지급)

소장은 법 제22조제1항에 따라 군수용자에게 의류, 침구, 그 밖의 생활용품(이하 "의류등"이라 한다)을 지급하는 경우에는 다른 사람이 사용한 의류등은 세탁하거나 소독하여 지급하여야 하고, 식기는 청결하게 관리할 수 있는 재질로 된 것으로 지급하여야 한다.
