Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences in the Military and the Treatment of Military Inmates, Article 16 (Bathing of New Inmates, etc.)
소장은 신입자나 이입자가 질병에 걸렸거나 그 밖에 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우가 아니면 지체 없이 목욕을 하게 하여야 한다.
Unless the new inmate or transferred inmate has contracted a disease or there are other unavoidable circumstances, the warden shall have him or her bathe without delay.
