군에서의 형의 집행 및 군수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제121조(징벌기간의 계산)

소장은 법 제99조제1항에 따라 징벌 집행을 일시 정지한 경우 그 정지사유가 해소되었을 때에는 지체 없이 징벌 집행을 재개하여야 한다. 이 경우 집행을 정지한 다음 날부터 집행을 재개(再開)한 전날까지의 일수는 징벌기간으로 계산하지 아니한다.
