군수품관리법 제18조(재물조정)

국방관서의 장, 각군 참모총장 또는 물품관리관은 제17조에 따른 재물조사를 한 결과 발견된 군수품의 증감이 사무상 착오 또는 이에 준하는 사유로 인한 것이면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조정하여야 한다. 다만, 물품관리관이 재물조정을 하는 경우에는 소속 국방관서의 장 또는 각군 참모총장의 승인을 받아야 한다.
