Act on Compensation for and Support of Victims of Abduction to North Korea Since the Conclusion of the Military Armistice Agreement, Article 4 (Responsibilities of the State)
국가는 납북자의 생사 확인 및 송환, 그 가족과의 상봉과 귀환납북자의 안정적인 재정착을 위하여 노력하여야 한다.
The State shall endeavor to confirm whether abductees are alive or dead and to repatriate them, to reunite them with their families, and to ensure the stable resettlement of returned abductees.
