Enforcement Decree of the Act on Compensation for and Support of Victims of Abduction to North Korea Since the Conclusion of the Military Armistice Agreement, Article 23 (Application for Permission for Profit-Making Business, etc.)
법 제29조에 따른 단체가 같은 조 제5항 단서에 따라 수익사업과 부대사업(이하 "수익사업등"이라 한다)의 허가를 받으려면 별지 제11호서식의 수익사업등 허가신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 통일부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 허가받은 수익사업등을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.
An organization under Article 29 of the Act that intends to obtain permission for a profit-making business and ancillary business (hereinafter referred to as "profit-making business, etc.") pursuant to the proviso of paragraph (5) of that Article shall submit to the Minister of Unification an application for permission for profit-making business, etc. in Attached Form No. 11 with the following documents attached. The same applies when it intends to change the permitted profit-making business, etc.:
1. 사업계획서 1부
1. One copy of a business plan
2. 추정 손익계산서와 부속 명세서 1부
2. One copy of a projected income statement and supplementary schedules
3. 수익사업등에 종사할 임원 명부 1부
3. One copy of a list of officers who will engage in the profit-making business, etc.
4. 다른 법률에 따른 허가ㆍ승인 등을 받아야 하는 수익사업등인 경우 그 허가ㆍ승인 등을 받은 사실을 증명하는 서류 1부
4. Where the profit-making business, etc. requires permission, approval, etc. under other statutes, one copy of documents proving that such permission, approval, etc. has been obtained
