1. 향후 치료비는 국립종합병원ㆍ의과대학부속병원(분원은 제외한다) 또는 위원회가 지정하는 병원(이하 "지정병원등"이라 한다)에서 발급한 치료비 추정서에 따라 산정한 금액. 다만, 지정병원등에서 향후 치료비의 필요성은 인정하되, 향후 치료비를 추정하지 못하는 경우에는 위원회에서 납북피해산정 분과위원회의 의견과 유사사례의 향후 치료비를 고려하여 결정한 금액으로 한다.
