군사법원법 제74조(재판서의 기재요건)

① 재판서에는 법률에 다른 규정이 없으면 재판을 받는 사람의 성명, 연령, 계급, 군번, 주민등록번호, 소속 또는 직업 및 주거(住居)를 적어야 한다.
