군사법원법 제68조의3(군사경찰의 파견요구)

① 재판장은 법정에 있어서의 질서유지를 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 개정 전후를 불문하고 관할 군사경찰부대의 장에게 군사경찰과에 속하는 군인(이하 "군사경찰"이라 한다)의 파견을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2020.2.4, 2021.9.24>

② 제1항의 요구에 의하여 파견된 군사경찰은 법정 내외의 질서유지에 관하여 재판장의 지휘를 받는다. <개정 2020.2.4>
