군사법원법 제67조의2(개정의 장소)

① 공판은 법정에서 한다.

(1) Trials트^r라이얼즈 shall섈 be비 held헬드 in인 a어 courtroom.코트^r룸

② 공판은 해당 사건이 계속되어 있는 군사법원의 관할구역 안에 설치된 법정 중에서 군사법원장이 정하는 곳을 순회하여 한다. <신설 2021.9.24>

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 군사법원장은 필요에 따라 관할구역 밖이나 법정 외의 장소에서 개정하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2021.9.24>
