군사법원법 제309조(변호인 선임에 관한 고지)

군판사는 공소가 제기되었을 때에는 지체 없이 피고인에게 변호인을 선임할 수 있다는 취지와 변호인을 선임하지 아니하면 군사법원이 변호인을 선임한다는 취지를 고지하여야 한다. 다만, 피고인에게 변호인이 있을 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
