Military Court Act, Article 30-2 (Application of the Military Personnel Management Act)
군판사의 인사관리에 대하여 이 법에 규정이 없는 경우에는 「군인사법」을 적용한다.
Where this Act has no provision on the personnel management of military judges, the Military Personnel Management Act shall apply.
