군사법원법 제3조의5(재정서의 송부 등)

① 제3조의2에 따른 재판권 쟁의에 대한 대법원의 재정서의 정본과 해당 사건의 기록은 결정일부터 2일 이내에 해당 사건이 계속된 법원 또는 군사법원에 보내야 한다.

② 계속되어 있는 해당 사건에 대하여 재판권이 없다는 재정서의 정본과 해당 사건의 기록을 받은 법원 또는 군사법원은 3일 이내에 해당 사건에 관한 기록과 증거물을 재판권이 있는 관할 법원 또는 군사법원에 보내야 한다.
