군사법원법 제242조(구속기간의 연장)

① 군사법원 군판사는 군검사의 신청에 따라 수사를 계속할 상당한 이유가 있다고 인정하면 10일을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 제240조의 구속기간의 연장을 한 차례만 허가할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.6, 2021.9.24>
