군사법원법 제229조(준수사항)

① 피의자에 대한 수사는 불구속 상태에서 함을 원칙으로 한다.

③ 군검사ㆍ군사법경찰관리와 그 밖에 직무상 수사에 관계있는 사람은 수사과정에서 수사와 관련하여 작성하거나 취득한 서류 또는 물건에 대한 목록을 빠짐없이 작성하여야 한다. <신설 2020.6.9>
