군사법원법 제227조의6(제3자의 소송비용 부담)

① 군검사가 아닌 사람이 상소 또는 재심청구를 한 경우에 상소 또는 재심청구가 기각되거나 취하되면 그 사람에게 소송비용을 부담하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.6>

② 피고인이 아닌 사람이 피고인이 제기한 상소 또는 재심청구를 취하한 경우에도 제1항과 같다.
