군사법원법 제182조(신체 검사에 관한 주의)

① 신체를 검사할 때에는 검사를 받는 사람의 성별, 연령 및 건강상태와 그 밖의 사정을 고려하여 그 사람의 건강과 명예를 해치지 아니하도록 주의하여야 한다.

② 피고인이 아닌 사람의 신체 검사는 증거 흔적의 존재를 확인할 수 있는 현저한 사유가 있는 경우에만 할 수 있다.

③ 여자의 신체를 검사하는 경우에는 의사나 성년 여자를 참여하게 하여야 한다.

④ 사체 해부 또는 무덤 발굴을 할 때에는 예(禮)를 잃지 아니하도록 주의하고 미리 유족에게 통지하여야 한다.
