군사법원법 제167조(야간집행 제한의 예외)
Military Court Act, Article 167 (Exceptions to Restriction on Execution at Night)
다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 장소에서 압수ㆍ수색영장을 집행할 때에는 제166조의 제한을 받지 아니한다.
The restriction of Article 166 does not apply when executing a warrant for seizure and search in any of the following places:
1. 도박이나 그 밖에 풍속을 해치는 행위에 상시 이용된다고 인정되는 장소
1. A place recognized as being habitually used for gambling or other acts harmful to public morals;
2. 여관, 음식점, 그 밖에 야간에 일반인이 출입할 수 있는 장소. 다만, 공개된 시간에만 집행할 수 있다.
2. An inn, restaurant, or other place that the public may enter at night; provided, that the warrant may be executed only during the hours it is open to the public.
