군사법원법 제124조(병영 등에 있는 사람에 대한 영장의 집행절차)

① 병영이나 그 밖의 군사용 청사나 함선에 있는 사람에 대하여 구속영장을 집행하는 경우에는 그 병영ㆍ청사 또는 함선의 장이나 그를 대리하는 사람에게 구속영장을 제시하고 인도를 요구하여야 한다.

(1) When웬 executing엑서큐팅 a어 detention디텐션 warrant워^r런트 against어겐스트 a어 person퍼슨 in인 a어 barracks배^r럭스 or오 other어^ð더 military밀러테^r리 office오^f피스 building빌딩 or오 warship,워쉽 the^ð더 detention디텐션 warrant워^r런트 shall섈 be비 shown숀 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 that^ð댓 barracks,배^r럭스 office오^f피스 building,빌딩 or오 warship워쉽 or오 a어 person퍼슨 acting액팅 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf,비해^f프 and앤드 the^ð더 person퍼슨 shall섈 be비 requested^r리퀘스티드 to투 hand핸드 over오우^v버 the^ð더 defendant.디^f펜던트

② 군사용 청사나 함선 밖에 있는 사람이라도 현재 근무 중인 사람에 대하여 구속영장을 집행할 때에는 그 소속의 장 또는 그를 대리하는 사람에게 구속영장을 제시하고 인도를 요구하여야 한다.

③ 제1항과 제2항의 요구를 받은 사람은 지체 없이 이에 협조하여야 한다.
