군사법원법 제121조(관할구역 밖에서의 구속영장 집행과 그 촉탁)

① 군검사는 필요하면 관할구역 밖에서 구속영장 집행을 지휘할 수 있고, 그 구역을 관할하는 군검사 또는 지방공소청 검사에게 집행 지휘를 촉탁할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.6, 2026.9.29>

② 군사법경찰관리 또는 사법경찰관리는 필요하면 관할구역 밖에서 구속영장을 집행할 수 있고, 그 구역을 관할하는 군사법경찰관리 또는 사법경찰관리에게 집행을 촉탁할 수 있다.
