군사법원법 제103조(기간의 계산)

① 기간을 계산할 때에는 시(時)로 계산하는 것은 즉시부터 기산(起算)하고, 일ㆍ월 또는 연(年)으로 계산하는 것은 첫 날을 산입(算入)하지 아니한다. 다만, 시효와 구속기간을 계산할 때에는 첫 날은 시간을 계산하지 아니하고 1일로 계산한다.

② 연 또는 월로 정한 기간은 역(曆)에 따라 계산한다.

③ 기간이 끝나는 날이 공휴일 또는 토요일에 해당할 때에는 그 날은 기간에 산입하지 아니한다. 다만, 시효와 구속기간을 계산할 때에는 기간에 산입한다.
